“The One Beverly Hills project is currently under construction next to the Beverly Hilton hotel between Wilshire Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard. The project includes two condominium towers; an Aman hotel; retail, restaurant, and conference space; and a publicly accessible landscaped open space. Construction is anticipated to be complete in 2028, with some portions of the project opening sooner.”
